Welcome to Capital Region Technical Early College
Capital Region Technical Early College (CRTEC) is a high school-to college program where students start in 11th grade and leave 13th grade with significant college credit toward a degree and/or certifications. Tuition is free, and the program gives students relevant career-related experience.
The Clinton County RESA - Career Connections, Eaton RESA Career Preparation Center, and the Ingham ISD Wilson Talent Center are all part of the CRTEC initiative. Students attending a public school full time in Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties are permitted to enroll in any course offered region-wide regardless of home school location.
