Students who complete the requirements through year 13 have the potential to earn up to 60 college credits from Baker college and an Associate Degree.

Program Description
When it’s time to take the knowledge learned at the Wilson Talent Center into the real world, students will be able to
compete in today’s most exciting careers such as game designer, programmer, software engineer, application developer, robotics engineer, website developer or even start their own business. The State of Michigan has a shortage of IT professionals. Approximately 18,100 jobs in IT-related industries are available statewide. This course prepares students to be the brightest and best at these careers.
Student learning outcomes include but are not limited to:
Gain real business experience through work on customer projects, resume and portfolio development, interview preparation
Earn college credit as well as high school math and elective credit
Gain the skills that colleges and employers require
All skills, projects and software used in class are reviewed by an advisory group of local IT experts to ensure students learn the skills needed to be successful
Utilize skills obtained to compete with other students through Business Professionals of America, a national student leadership organization
